When Jensen Craig was only 11, he received a set of toy soldiers from his father. Among those toy soldiers, there's a particular toy which he treasured because its face reminded him of Benjamin Kevan (his friend's handsome father). Thus, Jensen named that particular toy soldier Benjy (because he had a stupid crush on Benjamin). Jensen had been gay since he could ever remember. Now Jensen is in his early 30s. And he returns to his childhood home for a lonely Christmas after his parents passed away and bequeathed the house to him. When Jensen is decorating Christmas tree, he uncovers Benjy among the Xmas decorations. His childhood puppy-love fantasy comes back to him. Yet, magically, Benjy later comes alive! He accompanies Jensen to pass the lonely Christmas and at the same fulfill Jensen's childhood fantasy.
